English Learning Podcast

This time I want to introduce you a podcast called '' The English We Speak''. It's produced every week by the BBC, so the anchors often have British accent, which I personally like it. Every episode is not long, with each one only 3 minutes long. It also has a script that you can easily know the context. Besides, there are some merits, such as it won't take me lots of time, or catch up on the  latest English idioms. You should try it!     This podcast is from BBC and like mine, but I think it can useful in learning English.

    This podcast is so cool! I can learn something different speak English way or know the other means in the vocabulary. Besides, it provides the script on its websites, and in the podcast, it also takes some examples to introduce. Thanks for your recommendation.

    BBC is one of my favorite English website, but I don't know they have podcast now! It becomes convenient to listen.

TED： Inside the mind of a master procrastinator In the talk the speaker says that inside the procrastinator's brain not only has a Rational Decision-Maker, but also has an instant Gratification Monkey, who actually takes the wheel. Well, I think it really makes sense to me. Things happen to me quite often, such as school's projects, even dishes. I will procrastinate on it.  And then, he's mention that there is a guardian angel--the Panic Monster. Now he's the only thing the Monkey is terrified of. But he wakes up only until the deadline gets close, so I'm thinking about  if I can try to give myself deadline. Using tools like prioritized To-Do Lists and creating effective schedules, help me to organize my tasks by priority and deadline. And when I complete a difficult task on time, I can reward myself with a treat.
